We live on a farm and are constantly walking mud and dirt through the house. We’ve also recently lost our beloved Labrador who due to his age had been having numerous accidents throughout the house, particularly in the last week when he was very ill, tbh I thought the smell would never go. I phoned professional cleaning services and spoke to Carl and explained all of this and he gave me a very reasonable quote and fit us in within 2 days which we were very grateful for.
He arrived a bit early so that his equipment was ready to go at the time we booked, he was friendly and explained that he was also using sanitiser due to the nature of what was on the carpets. He did a fantastic job, very thorough and left us a bottle of spray for removing odours, should we require it in the coming days.
